Ingredients
40 g hazelnut
½ cauliflower
2 apples
1 dl Nōrr Skyr
1 lemon
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 300 degree for 10 min. Chop them a bit.
Pick the cauliflower in small bouquets, cut the apple in small dices. Mix skyr, lemon zest and juice, and powdered sugar. Mix the dressing with the rest and top of with sorrel.
