Cucumber, Cilantro & Skyr Dip




1 hothouse cucumber or 3 small Persian
Garlic clove (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 container of whole milk Norr Organic skyr, 150g
½ bunch of cilantro, finely chopped

Peel and half the cucumber. Scrape out the seeds and grate it. Finely chop garlic after taste, season with salt. Now squeeze as much juice out of the cucumber with your hands as possible. Turn the cucumber, chopped cilantro and garlic with skyr and finely grate lemon zest on top.

Serve this for roasted chicken or lamb, or try as a spread for sandwiches.
