Trifle – Peach & White Chocolate




4 peaches
1 vanilla pod
100 g sugar
1 lemon
100 g white chocolate
2 dl Nōrr Skyr
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Remove the peach stone, and cut the peach in chunks. Place them in a pot, with the vanilla pod, sugar and lemon juice. Let it boil 5-10 min., then set to cool.

Chop the chocolate fine and spread it on baking paper on a baking tray, bake it 12 min at 300 degrees, until golden brown. Let it cool and then roughly crumble with finger. Styr the skyr with powdered sugar.

Serve the “trifle” in three layers, so first skyr then peach and then chocolate on top.
