Ingredients
200 g dry split peas
4-6 tbsp. apple vinegar
A pinch of cumin
2 dl Nōrr Skyr
Salt & pepper
Boil the split peas in plenty of water, until very tender (about 30 min.) Drain the water away, and place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to a smooth mash.
Use the mash as a spread for sandwiches or dip for crispy vegetables.
